Blood Balance

Hello Beautiful People,

It has been too long since the last time I reached out but here I am. I grappled with what to talk about in regards to health and everything going on around us. Yet, I can think of nothing better than continuing my sermons on nourishing our blood, and keeping our respiratory system strong. Many dis-ease can be traced back to an imbalance in the blood. Our blood is life. Adequate blood flow is needed to sustain mental health and to nourish our organs. It flows, it heals, and circulate nutrition and energy through out the body and the cells.

There are helpful health tips that can help maintain balance and vitality in our blood. We need to eat foods that are rich in nutrients to help build the blood, exercise for oxygen flow and delivery, digestion health for better absorption, and to include supplements and herbs in our daily diet.

All natural foods can be consumed to help build and nourish our blood. Some plant sources include dark green (purple/red) leafy vegetables, seaweeds, spirulina, sprouts, legumes and whole grains. Foods with dark colors similar to blood such as berries, beets, dark grapes, elderberries, and goji berries provide antioxidants and vitamins that help build the blood. Blackstrap molasses, figs, seaweeds, apricots and grapes can be incorporated into our daily diet.

Herbs and supplements that are helpful in nourishing the blood include burdock, dang gui and nettle. Iron, folic acid, vitamin c and b12 are important minerals and vitamins needed in building and maintaining our blood.

For exercise you can perform gentle weight bearing activities to help support your bones, and stay warm to build your blood.

I have teas that are helpful in building and nourishing the blood. Try my blood balance capsules available here. These capsules are formulated to help provide your with iron and other minerals and vitamins needed to maintain your blood.
