- Develop goals and discuss health and lifestyle status.
- Create and work on short and long term goals.
- Identify barriers and problem solving strategies.
Nutrition Coaching
Length: 4 weeks
This coaching service is for individuals who are looking to lose weight, develop good eating habits or reduce chronic illness. This nutrition coaching service includes a 28 day custom meal plan full of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks, pre & post recovery tips, food substitutions and more!

Detox Package
Length: 4 weeks
A detox does not have to be complex. It is simply giving your body a break from pollutants and providing it with the essential components needed to filter toxins and stabilize the system. There are several types of detox available and this varies according to various factors such as your constitutional make up, ailment or blood type. My detox coaching service is a four week program. This program includes a full consultation, customized nutrition guides, tonics and teas.
