Immune Boost

Regardless of the state of the world, keeping our immune system strong and top shape is paramount to having a solid immune system that is able to defend and destroy when needed. Our immune system is charged with protecting the cells and defending the system.

Here are my tips to help with keeping the immune system strong.

Eat immune boosting foods such as foods high in vitamins C and E, vitamin A and betacarotene, zinc and copper, and the B vitamins folic acid, riboflavin, pyridoxine, and pantothenic acid.

Drink teas and take immune boosting herbs such as echinacea,

Reduce stress. Stress wrecks havoc on the system.

Strengthen the immune system and normalize the the body stress response using herbs such as Basil, Ginseng, Schizandra berries.

Manage stress level. Healthy ways to deal with stress is to perform light oxygen promoting activities such as light walking, yoga, meditation, journaling, listening to music, etc.

Get adequate rest. At least 8 hours.

Keep hydrated.
