I’m looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive person to join me part-time and help bring some BIG projects to life!
This role is perfect for a current or former college student with experience or a strong interest in project management, business, operations, or leadership.

What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the organizational backbone of the business by helping manage projects from idea to completion.
Responsibilities include:
– Organize projects and deadlines
-Track tasks across multiple initiatives
-Follow up on project status and outstanding items
-Create and maintain project documentation
-Assist with research for new products and services
-Help manage calendars and priorities
-Coordinate meetings and take notes
-Prepare weekly project status reports
-Organize files and digital assets
-Assist with website updates
-Review content for accuracy and consistency
-Help manage social media and marketing projects
-Coordinate with contractors or freelancers when needed
-Suggest process improvements and efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications
-Current or former college student
-Experience in project management, operations, office management, or leadership
-Experience leading student organizations, clubs, volunteer groups, or work teams is a plus
-Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Notion
-Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
-Strong written communication skills
